Jessica Préalpato

Jessica Préalpato, born on 15 September 1986 in Mont-de-Marsan in the Landes region, is a French pastry chef. From 2015 to 2021, she worked at the Plaza Athénée restaurant in Paris, where she was “one of the few female pastry chefs working in a three-Michelin-starred restaurant”.
