Legazpi: And That One Philippine Island of Cunning Fools
2026 / 20 min / Comedy · Western
In this time-defying, satirical adaptation of Miguel López de Legazpi's archived letters, the 16th-century Spanish expedition instead encounters present-day Cebu. The same difficulties with the island’s natives lead to their decision to leave for the other Philippine islands.
